Delivery and payment
Delivery Methods
Order dispatch:

Orders placed and paid before 12:00 are dispatched on the same day.

Dispatch days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Dispatch is carried out from the warehouse in Kyiv.

Delivery time across Ukraine: from 1 to 7 working days, depending on the carrier and region.
Attention! Products from the "Household chemicals by volume" category are shipped separately and are not combined with other products.
Note: If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s specified time, it is automatically returned to the sender.
Free delivery conditions

For orders over 2500 UAH — free delivery for individuals via "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" (to branch).

For orders over 4000 UAH — free delivery for B2B clients (legal entities and entrepreneurs) via "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" (to branch).
Attention! Free delivery does not apply to products from the "Household chemicals in large volumes" category and custom non-standard orders.
1. Pickup from "Nova Poshta" branch

Pickup at the nearest "Nova Poshta" branch according to the carrier’s conditions.

The tracking number is sent by the carrier via SMS or Viber after dispatch.

Track your shipment via "Nova Poshta" website or mobile app.

A valid ID is required to receive the parcel.

We recommend checking the condition and completeness of the goods on-site.
2. Pickup from "Nova Poshta" locker

Pickup from a "Nova Poshta" locker.

The tracking number is sent by the carrier via SMS or Viber.

To open the locker: enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, open the mobile app, and select your tracking number.
3. Courier delivery by "Nova Poshta"

Delivery to your specified address by "Nova Poshta" courier.

The tracking number is sent by the carrier via SMS or Viber.

The courier will contact you to arrange the delivery time.

Shipment status can be tracked via the "Nova Poshta" website or app.

We recommend checking the parcel before signing any documents.
4. Delivery to "Ukrposhta" branch

Delivery to the nearest "Ukrposhta" branch.

The tracking number is sent by Ukrposhta via SMS or Viber upon parcel arrival.

Track the shipment via the "Ukrposhta" website or mobile app.
-
Delivery time: 2–7 working days depending on the region.

A valid ID is required to collect the parcel.
Payment Methods
1. Online payment by Visa/Mastercard via LiqPay
- Payment via bank card during checkout through the LiqPay system.
- Select "Credit Card Payment (LiqPay)", enter your card details, and confirm the payment.
2. Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt)
- Payment is made upon receipt of the parcel at "Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta" branches or to the courier.
- Delivery fees and additional commissions are paid by the recipient.
3. Bank transfer
- Payment option for individuals and legal entities via invoice.
- Payment details will be sent by a manager after order confirmation.
- The order will be dispatched after funds are credited to the company’s account.

Use official websites or mobile apps of the carriers ("Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta") to track shipments.

Upon receipt, check the condition of the packaging and the completeness of the goods.

If any damages are found, draw up a damage report with a carrier’s representative.
