Delivery and payment

DELIVERY METHODS:    

Orders accepted and paid for before 12:00 are sent on the day of dispatch. The order is shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from the warehouse in Kyiv. The delivery time in Ukraine is 1-3 working days. Services for cargo storage for more than 7 working days are paid by the buyer.

SELF-PICKUP FROM "NOVA POST" BRANCH

- Receiving the goods at the "Nova Post" branch in accordance with the conditions of the carrier.

  • Place an order on the website.
  • When placing an order, select the "Nova Post" delivery method.
  • The express waybill number will be sent in an SMS or Viber notification from "Nova Post".
  • Track the status of the shipment on the "Nova Post" website or the "Nova Post" mobile application, after the parcel arrives at the delivery point, you will receive a corresponding message.
  • Receive the package at the point of issue (the presence of a passport or other document confirming the identity is mandatory).
  • Check the working condition of the product on site.
  • Pay the cost of the order to the operator.

SELF-PICKUP FROM "NOVA POST" PARCEL LOCKER 

- Receiving the goods at the "Nova Post parcel locker" in accordance with the conditions of the carrier.

  • Place an order on the website.
  • When placing an order, select the "Nova Post" parcel locker" delivery method.
  • The express waybill number will be sent in an SMS or Viber notification from "Nova Post".
  • Track the status of the shipment on the "Nova Post" website or the "Nova Post" mobile application, after the parcel arrives at the parcel locker, you will receive a corresponding message.
  • If necessary, pay for the delivery service in the "Nova Post" mobile application.
  • Approach the parcel locker and turn on Bluetooth in the settings of your smartphone, select the required invoice in the"Nova Post" mobile application and click "Open the locker". Confirm receipt.

ADDRESS DELIVERY BY COURIER "NOVA POST"

- Delivery of the order by the "Nova Post" courier in accordance with the conditions of the carrier.

  • Place an order on the website.
  • When placing an order, select the "Nova Post (delivery by courier)" delivery method.
  • The number of the express waybill will be sent in an SMS message or Viber notification from "Nova Post".
  • Track the status of the shipment on the "Nova Post" website or the "Nova Post" mobile application, after the parcel arrives at your locality, a "Nova Post" employee will contact you to agree on delivery terms.
  • Upon receipt, check the condition of the product.
  • Pay the cost of the order to the courier.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

ONLINE PAYMENT BY VISA, MASTERCARD - LIQPAY

Payment is made using the LiqPay payment system

To make it, choose the payment method Payment by credit card (LiqPay).

Enter your card payment details to make the payment. Check that all the data is correct (P.I.B. of the owner in Latin letters (English alphabet)).  After entering, click "Pay".

Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)

  • Cash on delivery means payment for goods and delivery when received at "Nova Post".
  • The ordered goods will be sent according to the details left by the recipient.  
  • Payment for goods and delivery is made by the recipient upon receipt in his city at the representative office of "Nova Post".
