Exchange and return

You may return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

All product categories of proper quality are eligible for return or exchange.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  • The product has not been used and shows no signs of use by the customer (e.g. opened bottle, scratches, damaged packaging, stains, etc.);

  • The product is fully complete and retains its original factory packaging;

  • Factory labeling is intact;

  • The product maintains its commercial appearance and consumer properties.

Products of improper quality, which do not meet the above conditions, are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS:

  • If the buyer received a product with a defect or incomplete set, the company will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the buyer simply did not like the product, return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

How to return or exchange a product (via Nova Poshta delivery service):

1. Fill out the return form

To receive the form, please email us at store@mdmgroup.com.ua or send a message via Viber at +380990239000 stating the reason for return. Be sure to include your contact details and the TTN number under which you received the product.

Our manager will reply with a digital return form. Please print and fill it out.

Important: please clearly indicate the full name (surname, first name, patronymic) of the cardholder in Ukrainian. Make sure to complete all fields.

2. Pack the product

  • Ensure the product is in proper condition.

  • Place the product in its original packaging. If the product consists of multiple parts, return the complete set.

  • Ensure that nothing is missing and that the product is returned in the same configuration as it was received.

  • If you received a gift with the product, you must return the entire set (product + gift). Otherwise, the nominal value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The receipt is not required for return.

3. Where to send the product

Return or exchange is processed via the Nova Poshta delivery service.The address and contact details for sending the product will be provided by the manager in a Viber chat or email along with the return form.

4. How will I receive my refund?

In the printed return form, provide the card number and the full name of the cardholder in Ukrainian.

The funds will be refunded to the provided card within 2–7 days after we receive your returned item.
