From March 1, 2026, the updated “National Cashback” program is in effect in Ukraine: get 5% or 15% back when buying Ukrainian-made goods
Content
The updated National Cashback program gives consumers even more reasons to choose Ukrainian-made products. Starting from March 1, 2026, the program operates under new rules: instead of a single 10% rate, a differentiated cashback system now applies — 5% or 15% depending on the product category.
For buyers, this means a simple and clear benefit: you purchase the household, hygiene, and everyday products you need, and the government returns part of the money spent. For Ukrainian manufacturers, this means additional support and increased demand for domestic products.
An important note for buyers
Cashback is credited only for products participating in the program, purchased in participating stores, and paid for with a card connected to the program. The exact cashback percentage for a specific item should be checked immediately before purchase.
How to check whether a product is eligible for cashback
The easiest way is to use the barcode scanner in the Diia app. Simply point your camera at the barcode, and the service will show whether the product participates in the program and exactly what cashback applies to it.
Why it is worth buying Ukrainian-made products
By choosing Ukrainian-made goods, you get a double benefit:
- you save money thanks to cashback;
- you support Ukrainian manufacturers and the national economy.
This is exactly what the updated program model is designed to do: strengthen demand in categories where Ukrainian businesses most often compete with imports. So today, the principle “buy Ukrainian, support our economy, and benefit from it” works quite literally.
Higher benefits for buyers on our Manorm, Chystolain, MDM, and DAST brands
MDM Group clearly states that it has joined the National Cashback program. Its brands include:
- Manorm — personal hygiene products;
- DAST — household cleaning products;
- MDM — professional disinfectants;
- Chystolain — professional cleaning products.
Since from March 1, 2026, categories such as cosmetics, hygiene products, household chemicals, home goods, and some non-food items are included in the 15% cashback segment, this means buyers may реально receive up to 15% cashback on products from these brands as well — provided that the specific item is registered in the program and sold in a participating store.
