NOR-EXPRES Disinfecting Wipes were the first in Ukraine to complete state registration under the updated legislative requirements and were officially entered into the State Register (Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 43 dated January 13, 2026).
The registration was carried out in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 863, which harmonizes Ukrainian requirements with European Union regulations and strengthens control over the finished product — its efficacy, safety, stability, and quality.
