Description

Disinfectant for medical devices Vernedor-MD is a concentrated product with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity. It dissolves well in water and demonstrates strong bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal, and sporicidal properties. Effective against nosocomial infection pathogens, tuberculosis, hepatitis viruses, HIV, and fungal infections.Does not damage surfaces made of metal, glass, rubber, plastic, polymers, wood, or silicone. Does not fix protein residues, leaves no stains or streaks, and is easily rinsed off. Effectively removes protein, fat, mechanical contaminants, blood, and drug residues.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Recommended for:

• disinfection, pre-sterilization cleaning, and sterilization of all types of medical devices (single-use and reusable);

• treatment of flexible and rigid endoscopes and their instruments;

• disinfection of surgical, gynecological, dental, and manicure tools;

• disinfection of saliva ejectors, spittoons;

• cleaning of incubator surfaces, neonatal tables, CO₂ incubators, anesthesia and respiratory equipment;

• cleaning and disinfection of ultrasound probes, physiotherapy and other medical equipment;

• processing of dental molds, impressions, and materials made of alginate, silicone, or polyether resin.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Working solutions are prepared by diluting the concentrate with room-temperature water (from 0.025% to 5%) depending on the purpose.

2. Can be used by wiping, spraying, immersion, or soaking.

3. Suitable for manual and mechanized processing (including ultrasonic and specialized cleaning systems).

4. After disinfection, rinse thoroughly with running and then distilled water; dry the items.

5. For sterilization, completely immerse the items in the working solution, ensuring all cavities are filled.

PRECAUTIONS:

• Use only with protective clothing and gloves.

• When spraying, use respiratory protection and safety goggles. Do not perform treatment in the presence of unauthorized persons.

• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes.

• Not recommended for use by individuals under 18, pregnant women, or people with allergies or skin damage.

• Wash hands thoroughly with soap after handling.

• In case of contact with eyes or ingestion — seek medical attention immediately.

• Remaining solution may be discharged into sewage.

COMPOSITION

N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine — 17.5 ± 2.0%, alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride — 12.5 ± 1.5%, excipients: purified water, surfactants, chelating agents. May contain dye (upon request).

Shelf life: 5 years from production date. Working solutions remain effective for up to 15 days if stored in a tightly closed container.
