Disinfectant for medical devices Tentamin — a concentrated multifunctional product for disinfection, sterilization, and pre-sterilization cleaning. Effective against bacteria (including tuberculosis pathogens and anaerobic infections), viruses (hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, poliovirus, rotaviruses, influenza, ARVI, herpes, etc.), fungi, and spores. It has cleaning and deodorizing properties, does not cause corrosion of metals, does not damage glass, plastic, or rubber, is easily rinsed off, and leaves no residue.

APPLICATION AREA

The product is intended for:

• disinfection and sterilization of medical devices made of metal, glass, rubber, and plastics (surgical, dental, gynecological instruments, materials, rigid and flexible endoscopes and their instruments);

• pre-sterilization cleaning (combined and not combined with disinfection), including anesthesia-respiratory and anesthesiology equipment;

• high-level disinfection (HLD) of endoscopes and their instruments in healthcare facilities;

• decontamination of incubators, resuscitation and treatment tables, dental and gynecological chairs, as well as diagnostic equipment sensors (ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray).

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

1. Working solutions are prepared by diluting the concentrate in water at room temperature (0.02–5%).

2. Methods of application: wiping, spraying, immersion, soaking, circulation.

3. For high-level disinfection, use a 5% solution (exposure — 5 min).

4. For sterilization, use a 5% solution with an exposure time of 60 minutes.

5. After treatment, items must be rinsed with running and distilled water.

• Persons under 18 years of age and allergy sufferers are not allowed to work with the product.

• Use gloves when working; for spraying — a respirator and protective goggles.

• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes.

• Spraying should be carried out in the absence of unauthorized persons and patients.

• Containers with working solution must be tightly closed.

• In case of spillage, cover with absorbent (sand, silica gel, soil) and rinse with water.

• Used working solutions may be discharged into the sewage system; concentrate — prohibited.

COMPOSITION

Mixture of quaternary ammonium compounds (alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride — 25%, alkyldimethylethylbenzylammonium chloride — 10%, dioctyldimethylammonium chloride — 5%) — 40%, N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine — 5%, auxiliary substances: purified water, complexing agent.

Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture. Working solution: usable for 21 days in a closed container.
