Description

Disinfectant for medical devices Tentamin-Plus — a concentrated multifunctional product for disinfection, sterilization, and pre-sterilization cleaning. Thanks to the combination of quaternary ammonium compounds, amine, and polyhexamethylene guanidine, the product provides a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity, including bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal, and sporicidal. It has a residual antimicrobial effect, effective against bacteria (including tuberculosis pathogens), viruses (hepatitis, HIV, poliovirus, rotaviruses, influenza, ARVI, herpes, etc.), fungi, and spores. The product does not damage metal, glass, polymers, or rubber, does not cause corrosion, is easily rinsed off, and leaves no traces.

APPLICATION AREA

The product is intended for:

• disinfection and sterilization of medical devices made of metal, glass, rubber, and plastics (surgical, dental, gynecological instruments, materials, rigid and flexible endoscopes and their instruments);

• disinfection combined with pre-sterilization cleaning, including anesthesia-respiratory equipment, anesthesiology equipment, dental and gynecological chairs;

• final pre-sterilization cleaning (not combined with disinfection) of instruments and equipment;

• high-level disinfection (HLD) of endoscopes and their instruments in healthcare facilities;

• decontamination of incubators, treatment and resuscitation tables, as well as processing of sensitive diagnostic equipment (ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray, angiographic systems).

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

1. Working solutions are prepared by diluting the concentrate in water at room temperature (0.01–5%).

2. Methods of application: wiping, spraying, immersion, soaking, circulation.

3. For high-level disinfection, use a 5% solution (exposure — 5 min).

4. For sterilization, use a 4–5% solution with an exposure time of 15–30 min.

5. After treatment, items must be rinsed with running and distilled water.

• Use protective clothing, gloves, respirator, and goggles.

• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes.

• Spraying should be carried out in the absence of unauthorized persons.

• Containers with working solution during soaking must be tightly closed.

• In case of spillage, cover with absorbent (sand, silica gel) and rinse with water.

• Used working solutions may be discharged into the sewage system; concentrate — prohibited.

COMPOSITION

Didecyldimethylammonium chloride — 10%, N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine — 10%, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride — 3%, auxiliary substances: purified water, surfactants, complexing agent.

Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture. Working solution: usable for 28 days in a closed container.
