Description

Disinfectant for medical devices Vernedor-Plus - а concentrated disinfectant with a high concentration of active substances, designed for highly effective treatment of medical devices. Provides strong bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal, and sporicidal action. A combination of three active components — quaternary ammonium compounds, polyhexamethylene guanidine, and amines — ensures reliable disinfection even in the most challenging conditions. Suitable for processing items made of stainless steel, glass, rubber, plastics, polymers, latex, silicone, and other materials resistant to water-based disinfectants. Does not contain enzymes, does not fix protein contaminants, does not damage instruments, and is widely used in both manual and automated processing.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Recommended for:

• disinfection, sterilization, HLD (high-level disinfection), and pre-sterilization cleaning of medical devices;

• treatment of surgical, gynecological, dental instruments;

• processing of flexible and rigid endoscopes, channelled devices, masks, ultrasound probes, respiratory equipment;

• disinfection of reusable medical gloves, containers, spittoons, saliva ejectors, anesthesiology equipment;

• pre-treatment of devices before sterile procedures (e.g., endoscopy);

• use in ultrasonic baths, washer-disinfectors, or manual applications.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare working solutions by diluting the concentrate in room temperature water — from 0.01% to 5%, depending on the treatment purpose.

2. Apply by soaking, immersion, wiping, or spraying, including in mechanized systems.

3. Working solutions may be reused for up to 39 days, if no sediment or discoloration is present.

4. Devices contacting mucous membranes must be rinsed with sterile water after treatment.

5. For sterilization — fully immerse the device, ensuring all cavities are filled.

PRECAUTIONS:

• Wear protective clothing and gloves; when spraying, use a respirator and goggles.

• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes.

• Not for use by persons under 18, pregnant women, or those with skin damage or allergies.

• Wash hands thoroughly with soap after use.

• In case of eye contact or ingestion — seek medical attention immediately.

• Remaining working solution may be disposed of via sewage, following disposal regulations.

COMPOSITION

Alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride — 4.5 ± 0.5%, didecyldimethylammonium chloride — 4.5 ± 0.5%, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride — 7.0 ± 1.0%, N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine — 3.0 ± 0.5%, excipients: surfactants, chelating agents, purified water. May contain dye upon customer request.

Shelf life: 5 years from manufacturing date.Working solutions remain effective for up to 39 days if stored in sealed containers without sediment.
