Description

Ganzin-Combi Disinfectant for Medical Devices — a concentrated disinfectant with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Has pronounced bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal, and sporicidal properties, including effectiveness against tuberculosis pathogens, hepatitis viruses, HIV, and pathogenic fungi. Working solutions have cleaning properties, do not cause metal corrosion, do not damage glass, polymers, or rubber products, rinse off well, do not leave stains or residue, and do not fix organic contaminants.

APPLICATION AREA

The product is intended for:

• disinfection of medical devices (including dental instruments, rotary ones, saliva ejectors, dental materials — alginate and silicone impressions, denture blanks, articulators, rigid and flexible endoscopes and related instruments);

• disinfection combined with pre-sterilization cleaning (manual and mechanized, including ultrasonic cleaning units);

• sterilization of medical devices, including dental instruments and materials, rigid and flexible endoscopes;

• high-level disinfection (HLD) of endoscopes in healthcare facilities.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Working solutions are prepared by diluting the concentrate in water at room temperature to the required concentration: 0.025–5%.
2. The product is applied by wiping, immersion, soaking, spraying, or circulation.
3. Suitable for use manually and in mechanized mode, including ultrasonic cleaning units.
4. Exposure time — from 10 to 60 minutes depending on the type of infection and treatment mode (bacteria, viruses, tuberculosis, fungi, HLD).
5. For sterilization, a 5% solution with an exposure time of 60 minutes is used.
6. After treatment, items should be thoroughly rinsed with running water (3–5 min), and if necessary, with distilled or sterile water.

PRECAUTIONS

• Persons under 18 years old and individuals with allergic conditions are not allowed to handle the product.

• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, mucous membranes.

• Use protective gloves; when spraying — use a respirator and protective goggles.

• Aerosol treatment should be carried out in the absence of patients and unauthorized persons.

• Containers with working solution during immersion must be closed.

• In case of spillage, cover with absorbent (sand, silica gel) and rinse with plenty of water.

• Used and unused solutions may be discharged into sewage; concentrate — prohibited.

COMPOSITION

Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride — 30%, alkyl dimethyl ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride — 10%, purified water, surfactants.

Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture. Working solution: stable for 14 days in a closed container.
