Description

Vernedor-Oxy Disinfectant for Medical Devices — a concentrated disinfectant with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Demonstrates pronounced bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal, and sporicidal properties, including effectiveness against tuberculosis pathogens, hepatitis viruses, HIV, hospital strains, fungal infections, spores, and protozoa. Working solutions provide cleaning, emulsifying, and deodorizing properties, do not fix organic contaminants, rinse off easily, and do not damage metal, glass, polymers, rubber, or painted surfaces. The product is biodegradable and remains effective after freezing and thawing.

APPLICATION AREA

The product is intended for:

• disinfection and pre-sterilization cleaning of medical devices (including in ultrasonic and specialized cleaning units);

• disinfection and sterilization of surgical, dental, gynecological instruments (including rotary ones, saliva ejectors);

• disinfection of rigid and flexible endoscopes and their instruments (preliminary, final cleaning before HLD, HLD, sterilization);

• treatment of dental materials (alginate and silicone impressions, denture blanks, articulators);

• disinfection of incubators, changing and resuscitation tables, CO₂-incubators, laminar boxes;

• disinfection of anesthesia and respiratory equipment, sensors of medical devices (ultrasound, physiotherapy, etc.);

• disinfection of surfaces of medical devices, surgical and resuscitation monitors, X-ray and computer diagnostic equipment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Working solutions are prepared by diluting the product in water at room temperature to a concentration of 0.05–5% (depending on the object and treatment mode).

2. Apply by wiping, soaking, immersion, spraying, or circulation.

3. Can be used manually and mechanically (including ultrasonic devices).

4. Exposure time: 5–90 minutes depending on the type of infection (bacteria, viruses, fungi, tuberculosis, spores).

5. After treatment, rinse items with running water, and if necessary — with distilled or sterile water.

6. Working solution remains usable for up to 15 days in a sealed container if no external changes occur.

PRECAUTIONS

• Persons under 18 years old and people with allergies should not handle the product.

• Use protective gloves, avoid contact with eyes and skin.

• When spraying, use a respirator and protective goggles; do not process in the presence of unauthorized persons.

• Do not mix with soaps or anionic surfactants.

• In case of spillage — collect the product, rinse residues with plenty of water.

• Used working solutions can be discharged into sewage; concentrate must not be released into wastewater.

COMPOSITION

Hydrogen peroxide — 12.5%, quaternary ammonium compounds — 4.0%, auxiliary substances: surfactants, corrosion inhibitor, complexing agent, purified water.

Shelf life: 2 years from the date of manufacture. Working solutions: stable for 15 days (in a tightly closed container).
